Fishing Trip: At Amberlite Resort, we will ensure that you experience a fishing trip to remember for a life time. We offer a variety of fish species and Lake Weikwabinonaw provides endless beautiful rugged nature.

Camping / Wilderness Camping: Experience wilderness camping in the great Canadian outback. The Outback camping vacation includes roundtrip transportation for you and your gear to your designated camp site. We will supply fresh water jugs, table and chairs, firewood and firepit.

Playgrounds: There are plenty of things at Amberlite Resort to occupy the kids. There are playgrounds available where they can play all day!

Swimming / Sand Beach: Enjoy a day in the sun relaxing on the beautiful sand beach. Amberlite is nestled among a natural beach shoreline which provides for spectacular sunsets on beautiful Lake Weikwabinonaw.

Camping: At Amberlite Resort we offer Outback camping. Remember your sleeping bag! Daily or predetermined drop-in visits by staff is available if desired for safety checkup, ice or supply delivery. A true Canadian camping adventure!

Trails / ATV Trails: There are many ATV trails around Amberlite Resort. Explore the great outdoors and and the splendor of the woodland foliage by ATV.

Canoeing & Kayaking: Canoeing & kayaking rentals are available at Amberlite Resort near Kakabeka Falls, On. Enjoy the peace and quite of Lake Weikwabinonaw while paddling around the rugged shoreline and many islands.

Northern Pike: Hook into a big Northern Pike on Lake Weikwabinonaw which covers and an area of over thirty three hundred acres. Also fish one of the other near by lakes for some of the best Northern Pike fishing in Ontario!

Walleye: Amberlite Resort has some of the best walleye fishing in Northern Ontario. Lake Weikwabinonaw is teaming with walleye. Fifty plus islands, as well as sunken islands, reefs, and wide shoals, provide for great fishing for walleye.

Bass / Smallmouth Bass: Smallmouth bass fishing in Ontario, Canada available at Amberlite Resort near Kakabeka Falls. Amberlite has access to nearby surrounding fishing lakes that provide you with a exceptional opportunity for a full fishing adventure vacation.

Boat Rentals / Fishing Boats: We offer fishing boat rentals. We offer an Ultimate, Deluxe and Standard boat rental setup. We also rent 9.9 HP motors and canoes and kayaks.

Boat Rentals / Paddle Boats: Amberlite Resort offers paddle boat rentals too! Rent a canoe or kayak and paddle your way along the shores of Lake Weikwabinonaw near Kakabeka Falls, ON or fish from your canoe or kayak.

Boat Launches: Boat launches are available at Amberlite Resort near Kakabeka Falls, ON. You can bring your own boat along or rent one when you arrive.

Cabin Rentals: Cabin rentals near Kakabeka Falls in Northwestern Ontario are availabel at Amberlite Resort. All cabins have a kitchen, table and chairs, couch, either one or two bedrooms with single and double beds that will sleep 4 to 6 people very comfortably.

Cottage Rentals: Looking for cottage rentals in Ontario? Cottage rentals at Amberlite Resort are fully equipped with a propane stove/oven, propane heaters, fire extinguisher, fridge with small freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and everything else you need.

Housekeeping Cabins: Ideal for the independent fishing party in Northwestern Ontario, housekeeping cabins at Amberlite Resort provide you with clean and comfortable accommodations while allowing for maximum flexibility when fishing.

Family Vacations: Family vacations are always fun and a great way to spend quality time with the family. At Amberlite Resort, your family will have a memorable vacation.

Campgrounds / Seasonal RV Sites: Seasonal RV sites in Ontario available at Amberlite Resort in our campground and RV park. Toilets, showers, picnic tables and docking facilities are available.

Drive In Access: Amberlite Resort is drive in access located near the town of Kakabeka Falls, ON. There is a supply route and scenic route to Amberlite Resort on Lake Weikwabinonaw.

Amenities / Games Rooms: After a long day of fishing, unwind in the games room with family and friends.

Guides / Fishing: Fishing guides are available for an additional charge to fulfill your needs such as boat guide, canoe/kayak paddler, fish cleaning, cooking, cleaning, shore lunch, etc.

Amenities / Pets Allowed: Pets are allowed at Amberlite Resort. Please notify us ahead of time if you are bringing your four legged furry friend. There is a one time charge of $40.00 per pet. This charge is for extra cleaning fee…our next guests may have allergies.

Amenities / On-site Laundry: Pack a little lighter when vacationing at Amberlite Resort. We have on-site laundry available.

Amenities / Satellite TV: Satellite TV is available. You won`t have to miss the big game and you can keep up to date on the rest of the world.

Amenities / On-site Groceries: On-site groceries available at Amberlite Resort. Our store stocks ice, soft drinks, basic dairy products, snacks, munchies, canned goods, some personal toiletry supplies, cleaning supplies, fishing tackle, and Amberlite Souvenir Apparel.
