Northern Pike: Plan a canadian northern pike fishing trip at Rex Tolton's Miles Bay Camp on Lake of the Woods where pike fishing is great. Guests regularly catch Northerns that are 36 inches +.

Bass / Smallmouth Bass: Lake of the Woods is known for its great bass fishing. Smallmouth bass are found in all sizes from 1-2 lbs to trophy size. Several catch and release bass tournaments are held on our lake every year.

Crappie: You can catch crappie right off our docks on Lake of the Woods. The Nestor Falls area is also known for great crappie ice fishing in the spring.

Ice Fishing: We offer ice fishing in the winter once the ice conditions permit. We are only minutes away from excellent Crappie and Walleye fishing, or a longer trek will put you in Lake Trout territory.

Bass / Largemouth Bass: Although not as prominent as smallmouth bass, Lake of the Woods has good largemouth bass fishing as well.

Sauger

Black Bear: Miles Bay Camp offers canadian fall black bear hunts. You can either hunt on the Aulneau Peninsula with primitive weapons or on the islands in our area on Lake of the Woods with rifles or primitive weapons.

Deer: White-tailed deer are abundant on Lake of the Woods, especially on the Aulneau Pensinsula which is only 300 yards from our camp. Only primitive weapon hunting is allowed on the peninsula. Northwestern Ontario has excellent deer hunting in the fall.

Birds / Duck: If you are looking for duck hunting in the Nestor Falls area during the fall, why not combine a fall fishing and hunting trip. Lake of the Woods is located right along the flyway south for ducks and offers great fall fishing.

Housekeeping Cabins: For an Ontario fishing trip our housekeeping cabins are equipped with electricity, propanes stoves, fridges, outdoor toilets and central showers. All blankets, linens and dishes are provided. We are located on Lake of the Woods.

Cabin Rentals: We are a unique Ontario fishing lodge! Miles Bay Camp has eight cabin rentals on Lake of the Woods all equipped with electric lights, running water, propane gas for cooking, refrigeration and central showers.

Cottage Rentals: Come angling Canada and enjoy a lakefront cottage rental on fabulous Lake of the Woods. Stay in one of our spacious cottages and enjoy a Northwestern Ontario sunset from your deck over looking the lake.

Boat In Access: Boat-in access ensures you have a true wilderness experience. Guests can either be picked up, or can bring themselves by boat to our island in Miles Bay, Lake of the Woods, 13 miles north of Morson, Ontario.
