Fishing Trip: Wabaskang Lake is 15,302 acres with 105 miles of shoreline where you can catch smallmouth bass, walleye,l ake trout, northern pike, perch and whitefish on your ontario fishing trip.

Camping: For a camping vacation to Ontario our campground has eight sites with full hook-ups. There is a pavilion with picnic tables, barbecue grill and a gas cooker. There is a fire pit, for an evening campfire.

Birdwatching: For birdwatching there are several eagle's nests on Wabaskang Lake, along with loons, ducks, moose and black bears to enhance your fishing experience.

Canoeing & Kayaking: If you enjoy canoeing & kayaking around our bay of Wabaskang Lake, we have peaddle boats and canoes available for our small guests as well as our bigger guests.

Hiking: Enjoy a day of hiking along nature trails near the camp in Perrault Falls, Ontario.

Nature Photography: If you enjoy nature photography make sure you bring your camera to get shots of the abundant wildlife.

Swimming / Sand Beach: While on your family vacation in the Perrault Falls area enjoy swimming on the many sand beaches along the shores of Wabaskang Lake.

Northern Pike: An ontario fishing trip is worthwhile on Wabaskang Lake in the Perrault Falls are where Northern pike over 35 inches can be caught and you will enjoy the thrill of the fight with many smaller northern's.

Walleye: For a fishing trip to Ontario enjoy a quality walleye fishing trip on Wabaskang Lake. Walleye are plentiful and range in size from 1-1/12 pounds up to trophy walleye. Your smaller ones are more common and the good eaters.

Bass / Smallmouth Bass: Wabaskang Lake have many species of fish in the lake and if you are looking for some good bass fishing, Smallmouth bass fishing is excellent throughout the season.

Trout / Lake Trout: Lake trout fishing on Wabaskang Lake is best during the fall and late summer. Big trout lurk in the depths of the lake, and there is a always a possibilty of that trophy lake trout.

Perch: Perch are abundant in the lake and are great fun for the kids and make a great pan fish for a canadian shore lunch.

Sauger : Sauger are very similiar to the canadian walleye and are found in Wabaskang Lake as well as most northwestern ontario lakes that you will find walleye in.

Whitefish: Whitefish are found in Wabaskang Lake, they are found in the fall in larger quantities at the falls where Perrault Lake flows into Wabaskang. Tasting much like walleye when filleted they are a good tasting fish.

Wildlife Viewing: There is plenty of wildlife viewing in the Perrault Falls area, we have several eagle's nest located on Wabaskang Lake,listen to loons calling in the evening, as well as a moose drinking from the shore edge.

Wildlife Viewing / Photography: If you enjoy wildlife photography, besure to bring your camera on your family vacation to our area of Ontario as you will be able to get some fantastic shots of the many species of birds or animals that our area has.

Black Bear: Plan your ontario hunting trip to the Perrault Falls area and hunt for black bear during September and combine it with our great fall fishing trip.

Moose: This area of Sunset Country offers some the best moose hunting in Ontario. At Tall Pines Camp on Wabaskang Lake we offer houskeeping cabins for accomodations for your northwestern ontario moose hunting trip.

Birds / Grouse: Grouse hunting is very good in the Perrault Falls area of northwestern ontario. We have many old logging roads and trails that you can walk with your dogs or use your ATV. Season for bird hunting starts after September 15th.

Boat Launches: At our resort on Wabaskang Lake for your convenience our boat launch is concrete for easy access, should our guests prefer bringing their own boat.

Boat Rentals / Fishing Boats: Our fishing boat rentals are 16 foot boats with 20 hp Yamaha motors and optional upgrades on motors if desired. All boats have swivel seats and trolling motors are available if so desired.

Boat Gas: For our guests that prefer to bring their own fishing boat we have boat gas available for your boat at the resort.

Boat Rentals / Paddle Boats: While on your family vacation in the Perrault Falls area enjoy the lake on a Paddle Boat and get some exercise at the same time.

Cabin Rentals: At Tall Pines Camp on Wabaskang Lake our cabin rentals are fully modern with new Maytag refrigerators & electric ranges perfect for a fishing or family vacation. Barbecue grills outside each cabin & propane cookers for frying your catch of the day.

Housekeeping Cabins: For your vacation to Canada in Perrault Falls, Ontario our resort has twelve fully modern housekeeping cabins with 1-4 bedrooms to accomodate all size of groups, most of which are located on the lake front.

Family Vacations: Family vacations often take place in July & August when the weather is warm & the lake is ideal for swimming & fishing is still good. Spend a day in Ear Falls shopping or maybe playing a round of golf, a good way so spend a relaxing canadian vacation

Drive In Access: To reach Tall Pines Camp which is a drive in camp located just north of Perrault Falls on Wabaskang Lake, take hwy 11 from Fort Frances to Hwy 502 to Dryden, hwy 17 to Vermilion Bay and hwy 105 til you reach our camp.

Campgrounds / RV Parks: Tall Pines has 7 serviced camping sites for RVs and campers. Our RV park is located next to our resort north of Vermilion Bay, near Perrault Falls, Ontario.
