Walleye: Walleye are plentiful when fishing on the Winnipeg River System in the Minaki, Ontario area - eaters as well as the chance to catch a trophy walleye.

Whitefish: Although not common, whitefish are caught on the Winnipeg River and are similar in taste Walleye.

Deer: Canadian whitetail deer can be hunted several ways in our area of Minaki, Ontario. We do have several permanent tree stands. There are areas where stalking can provide excellent opportunities to take a large buck. Bow hunters welcome.

Boat Rentals / Fishing Boats: For our fishing boat rentals at Bayview Lodge we have 16ft lunds with Mercury motors. They have boat cushions, landing nets and minnow buckets.

Boat Launches: When you vacation at Bayview Lodge on the Winnipeg River System we will meet you and pick you up at our boat launch in Minaki, Ontario.

Cabin Rentals: Our cabin rentals on the Winnipeg River System are self catering equipped housekeeping cabins well furnished with all the comforts of home and with access to excellent fishing and hunting in Northwestern Ontario.

Cottage Rentals: Our cottages rentals are located on the beautiful Winnipeg River System near Minaki, Ontario. We offer both full American Plan or Housekeeping packages where we will cater to you to make your fishing or family vacation with us an enjoyable one.

American Plan: Bayview Lodge on the Winnipeg River in the Minaki, Ontario area offers full-service American Plan packages which include 5 full days of fishing, fully modern cabins, all meals, boats & motors, daily maid service, and fish wrapping.

Housekeeping Cabins: Our lodge is a boat in resort that will offer you housekeeping cabins that are second to none. You'll stay in a modern cabin that comes full cooking facilities, utensils and linens. Packages also come with boat & motor and freezer service.

Guides / Fishing: At our lodge fishing guides are available for both American Plan and Housekeeping packages.

Boat In Access: Drive to Minaki and boat in to the lodge on your boat or ours. It's a short ride across the Winnipeg River to Bayview Lodge.
