Walleye: While on your canadian walleye fishing trip to Caribou Falls Lodge on the English River System you'll find walleye that range from 16 to 24 inches in the immediate area.

Muskie: Muskie fishing in the Kenora area of Northwestern Ontario is well know for its trophy musky. Although our lodge is located on the English River System we still have great muskie fishing as we are located in the river system area.

Northern Pike: Your fishing vacation to northwestern ontario for northern pike is a must at our resort on the English River system where the waters are teeming with trophy northern pike.

Bass / Smallmouth Bass: Your bass fishing vacation at Caribou Falls Lodge on the English River system offers some of Northwest Ontario best smallmouth bass fishing.

Perch: Perch is a great panfish and on the English River system they are plentiful and make for a great canadian shore lunch.

Whitefish: Whitefish fishing on the English River system is a nice change of pace from walleye and northern pike fishing.

Wildlife Viewing: Stay at our lodge where you'll have the opportunity for abundant wildlife viewing such as bear, deer, bald eagles, loons and much more.

Deer: Northwest Ontario has an excellent population of whitetail deer and our lodge on the English River System north of Minaki is no exception,see us about our deer hunting packages.

Black Bear: Our Black Bear Hunts include American Plan accommodations & meals, a guide, bear hunting licence and a prepared stand for rifle or bow.

Boat Rentals / Fishing Boats: Our fishing boat rentals are 17' Outfitter boats with 50 hp Yamaha motors, live wells and depth finders come with American Plan packages. 16' Lund boats with swivel seats are also available for housekeeping guests.

Boat Gas: When staying at Caribou Falls Lodge on the English River System we have boat gas available if you wish to bring your own boat.

American Plan: For your canadian vacation, Caribou Falls Lodge on the English River System offers an all-inclusive American Plan Package that includes accommodations, boat & motor, all meals, licence, minnows, ice and daily maid service.

Housekeeping Cabins: At our canadian resort on the English River our housekeeping cabins are available with or without boat & motor rentals. Our guest cabins are in a class of their own. There are 1, 2 & 4 bedroom cabins available. 

Cabin Rentals: Our cabins rentals on the English River are clean & comfortable with a lounge / sitting area with couches, easy chairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with the four bedroom cabin equipped with two full baths plus a sink & vanity in each bedroom.

Cottage Rentals: At our canadian resort enjoy the peace of our cottage rentals along the lake. Access to trophy fishing is literally outside your door on the English River system.

Guides / Fishing: At our resort we offer fishing guides for you convenience to fish the Winnipeg River or English River Systems.

Drive In Access: Our resort can be either a drive in or fly in adventure, from Kenora take hwy 596 to Minaki and then hwy 525 to the Lodge which is located at the mouth of the very long English River system, whose waters flow into the Winnipeg River system.

American Plan / Modified: If you are renting a housekeeping cabin, you may want to take advantage of our modified american plan and have an occasional dinner at the lodge.

Guides / Hunting: At our lodge hunting guides are part of our hunting package. Our fall black bear hunt offers one guide per two hunters.

Amenities / On-site Bait & Tackle: Our lodge has an on-site bait and tackle shop for your fishing needs.

Amenities / Satellite TV: Our lodge has satellite TV for those who want to stay in touch with what's going on..

Services / Transportation / Shuttle Services: Shuttle services to our lodge are available for our guests convenience.

Amenities / Bars/Lounges: After a great day of canadian fishing come in and enjoy your favorite beverage in our lounge, and catch up on the days fishing tales.

Amenities / Pets Allowed: We can offer you a pets allowed fishing or vacation resort, if you don't want to leave your pet behind.
