Grouse Hunting in the Forest Regions of Northwestern Ontario Bird hunters who like to flush out their quarry will enjoy hunting grouse in Ontario. In our region there are many abandoned logging roads which are a favorite attractioon for these birds. Hunt with or without your dog but get ready for a lot of action if you know what you're doing. Both ruffed and spruce grouse inhabit our forest regions.
