 Cross-country skiing is a popular winter adventure sport. Whether you want to glide over open spaces on a frozen lake or appreciate the "warmth" of a sheltered forest in winter, there are endless opprtunities for novice or advanced cross-country skiers. There are several cross country ski trail loops across the region including some great trails in Minaki, Kenora, and Red Lake. Other communities offer trail systems as well so call us and we'll provide information on where you can go and stay.
