Trails / Snowmobile Trails: Enjoy our many snowmobile trails in the Sioux Narrows area were we have excellent snowmobiling for both ice fishing or just sledding.

Winter Activities / Snowmobiling: Enjoy snowmobiling across the lake trail or take a scenic ride throught the forest. Northwestern Ontario is beautiful in the winter.

Bass / Smallmouth Bass: A fishing trip on Lake of the Wood means bass are plentiful and fish approching almost seven pounds may be out there for the possiblity of a trophy smallmouth bass. Catch both smallmouth and largemouth bass on Whitefish Bay in the Sioux Narrows area.

Walleye: When you spend your canadian walleye fishing trip on Lake of the Woods you will find it has improved dramatically over the past 10 years. Catch alot of shore lunch sized fish and you have a good chance at a trophy walleye of 10 pounds or more!

Muskie: Lake of the Woods is famous for its abundant populations of muskie.When you are on your fishing trip in the Sioux Narrows area you will find a definite chance at a 50 plus inch trophy musky.

Northern Pike: In Northwestern Ontario on Lake of the Woods northern pike are the most common predatory fish in the lake and they offer the angler some great fighting action. Pike are common and range in all sizes from your smaller right up to trophy northern pike

Trout / Lake Trout: While on your fishing trip to Sioux Narrows when looking for Lake trout you will find they inhabit the cool, deep waters of Whitefish Bay on Lake of the Woods. Trophy lakers close to 30 pounds are a possibility.

Boat Rentals / Fishing Boats: We have 16' Alumacraft boast with either 15 or 25 hp motors. All boats are equipped with floation devices, paddles, bait bucket and net. To assist you with your fishing adventure, we sell fishing licenses & we carry live bait, lake maps & tackle.

Waterskiing: Enjoy waterskiing on Lake of the Woods while on your Ontario vacation at our lodge in Sioux Narrows.

American Plan: Our american plan package offers you a charming cottage rental or room overlooking the lake, full 4-piece bath & daily maid service. Three meals per day served at your reserved table in our dining room overlooking Whitefish Bay on Lake of the Woods.

Family Vacations: Motlong's resort is a great destination for a family vacation. We have a great sand beach for swimming, canoes and paddle boats. We're right in Sioux Narrows, so you can go shopping, eat out or even play a game of mini-golf.

Hotels / Motels: At our resort in Sioux Narrows, Ontario on Lake of the Woods we have a hotel/motel with 4 units with electric heat, oscillating fans, four piece bath, carpeting, colour TV, refrigerator, coffee maker and daily maid service. No meals included.

Amenities / Open Winter: We are an open winter resort for snowmobiling & ice fishing. Our resort has access to the snowmobile trails & Lake of the Woods for the sledders, don't forget you can cross country ski or enjoy more winter activities in Sioux Narrows, Ontario.

Drive In Access: Drive in to our resort right off the highway in Sioux Narrows. There's no long gravel roads to contend with, when your leave canadian border crossing take hwy's 11 & 71 right to our doorstep.

Guides / Fishing: Our 19', carpeted Alumacraft cruisers are equipped with Evinrude outboard motors, pedestal seats, depth finder, radio & live well. A friendly, experienced fishing guide will prepare your days catch on one of Lake of the Woods 14,000 plus islands.
