Marvelous walleye structure awaits - humps, rock-bound islands, and long, tapering points. Discover the seasonal patterns of walleye location - spring, summer and fall - in the diversified cover and structure offered by this region. Northern pike enthusiasts work the weedbeds of cabbage and coontail in the spring and summer. By fall the big northern are moving to the rock structure. Muskie anglers have it all - weeds, rock, islands, channels, windblown points and even more. And yet this region remains largely undiscovered by muskie enthusiasts. Smallmouth bass relate to the round boulder "fields" and mainland as well as island shorelines. The population seems to get better every year.
