Average depth is approximately 90ft. with near 34 miles of undeveloped shoreline - expansive "Caribbean Beaches" and magnificent sheer granite cliffs, rock faces rising up to 100ft. above the water surface.

Several islands dot the landscape and host a variety of recreational opportunities. Towering White, Red and Jack Pine timber stands encompass much of the lake perimeter interspered with other mixed softwoods and hardwoods, White and Black Spruce, Balsam, White Cedar, White Birch, Aspen and Red Maple.

Fish species include an abundance of Lake Trout (Winter World Ice Fishing Record Holder - 40lbs.) Smallmouth Bass, Whitefish, Northern Pike and lesser numbers of Walleye and Yellow Perch. Unparalled "Sunsets" and "Northern Lights" viewing. Numerous portages access additional "stained" lakes - more remote, offering "Trophy" Walleye and Northern.
