Hiking: While vacationing at our lodge or outposts go hiking in the woods and experience the northern boreal forest close up.

Spa / Saunas: Many guests at our resort on Clearwater Lake wind up the day getting 'steamed' in our sauna, and then cool down with a refreshing drink and a quick dip.

Birdwatching: For birdwatching there are many species of songbirds which call our area of Emo, Ontario home during the summer. Bald eagles, owls and other birds of prey are also abundant.

Bass / Smallmouth Bass: Berry Lake offers two portage lakes, the main lake is filled with Smallmouth, averaging up to 4 Ibs. Come on up and enjoy some of the best catch and release fishing anywhere for smallmouth bass. Smallies can go up to six pounds in our lakes.

Trout / Lake Trout: The cold and deep Canadian lakes present anglers with excellent fishing opportunities for lake trout. Come try your luck with us at True North Outpost and Cabins in the Emo area of Northwestern Ontario

Boat Rentals / Fishing Boats: Our fishing boat rentals are 17 ft. Misty River Boat with 30 h.p. Yamaha motor that are fully equipped with swivel seats, unlimited gas, daily portage pass and taxes.

Housekeeping Cabins: Vacation at our lodge where there is no accommodation charge for children under 6 on our housekeeping cabin plan & includes lodging,linen & towels,ice,freezer & wrapping facilities,docking & electrical outlets, all taxes & your conservation license.

American Plan: Deluxe American Plan at our resort in Emo, Ontario includes lodging, linen & towels, fully-equipped 17' boat with swivel seats, 30hp Yamaha motor,unlimited gas,3 meals daily,maid service,portage pass,ice,freezer & wrapping facilities,taxes & license.

Cabin Rentals: Your True North outpost cabin rentals on such lakes as Musk, Una, Snelgrove, Berry or Cook will provide you with the most exciting fishing trip of your life!

Family Vacations: Enjoy a family vacation at our main camp on Clearwater Lake. Amenities include a swing set for kids, graduated sand beach, canoes and paddle boats.

Cottage Rentals: Rent a cottage along the shores of a remote wilderness lake accessible only by float plane aircraft. Or if you don't want to fly in, we have cottage rentals at our main camp on Clearwater (Burditt) Lake.

Air Services / Flightseeing: If you want to enjoy the excitement of flying in a float plane spend a day a go flightseeing and enjoy the Ontario wildereness from the air.

Groups: At our lodge on Clearwater Lake we are able to accomodate small to medium sized groups including up to 35 people for conferences and meetings.

Amenities / Conference Rooms: Our lodge is equipped with a conference room that can handle up to 30 people. When we host conventions or business meetings, we can limit the number of other guests to ensure privacy. Our cooks can also specially prepare food to your order.
