Fishing Trip: When planning your fishing trip to Lake of The Woods, our area of the Lake of the Woods offers excellent fishing for walleye, smallmouth bass, northern pike, and muskie.

Swimming: While on your family vacation at our resort on Lake of the Woods enjoy swimming in the cool waters of the lake.

Secluded Settings / Remote: Witch Bay Canadian Camps is located in a remote secluded setting of Northwestern Ontario. Sit back and enjoy the wildlife that surrounds our peaceful, secluded camp.

Walleye: According to the Walleye Assessment Manager of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the walleye population on Lake of the Woods is in the best condition of the last 25 years. Many of our guest's are boating big numbers with many good sized fish caught

Muskie: The good old days of muskie fishing are right now. Lake of the Woods, according to such experts as Al Lindner and Gord Pyzer, ranks as the best musky water in the world.

Northern Pike: Northern Pike fishing on Lake of the Woods in the Kenora area offers good numbers and a chance at a real trophy northern pike. Weed lines, points, and humps produce throughout the season.

Bass / Smallmouth Bass: Smallmouth bass fishing always offer an exciting alternative on Lake of the Woods. Expanding populations are protected by the May & June catch-&-release season during the critical spawn. The average size is increasing, meaning more fun for all of us.

Crappie: Witch Bay Canadian Camps has excellent crappie fishing that can be had on a seasonal basis. Spring crappie fishing is popular on Lake of the Woods.

Perch: Seasonal opportunities exist for crappie and jumbo perch fishing as well in the Kenora area of Northwestern Ontario.

Bass / Largemouth Bass: When bass fishing in Canada although not as common as smallmouth bass, largemouth bass are also found in Lake of the Woods.

Conservation Fishing: While we believe in conservation fishing such as catch-and-release, our goal is for you to catch fish and enjoy the best Canadian fishing trip ever.

Boat Rentals / Fishing Boats: Our New Upgrade Package (All gas included): Our fishing boat rentals are 1750 Crestliner Fish Hawk with a 50 hp, 4 stroke engine, and front mounted trolling motor with back and front depth finders.

Boat Launches: At our resort we do not charge for our boat launch and docking. We also supply dock hands to Assist You.

Boat Gas: We offer both Regular and Pre-Mix boat gas available at Dockside

American Plan: Our Lake of the Woods lodge offers American Plan with three delicious meals served daily. At lunch you have your choice of a shore lunch box, bag lunch, or lunch in the beautiful log lodge. Choose from either of our TWO American Plan Packages!

Family Vacations: Whether you enjoy fishing or just want to sit back and relax on your family vacation our resort on Ontario's Lake of the Woods is your canadian destination.

Cabin Rentals: Looking for a housekeeping cabin on Lake of the Woods, our cabins rentals are clean and cosy with firm beds. We have different types of cabins. One type is a log cabin that is one room with four double beds with a table and chairs.

Cottage Rentals: Witch Bay Canadian Camps cottage rentals have large 2 bedroom cabins with a screened in porch. These cabins have six to eight beds. They are more of a cottage type than the traditional log cabin you will find them very roomy for large groups.

Maps: Lake maps and charts of Lake of the Woods are available to all our guests.

Guides / Fishing: When looking for fishing guides, our goal is to deliver a great fishing experience to you by caring, involved professional anglers that are famous for their teaching abilities & willingness to share & work any anglers, from beginner to expert!

Drive In Access: Drive-in in to our remote canadian resort on Lake of the Woods. We are northwest of International Falls off of Highway 71 between Sioux Narrows and Kenora.

Groups / Business: We have the large 2 bedroom cabins with a screened in porch. These cabins have six to eight beds. They are more of a cottage type than the traditional log cabin you will find them very roomy for large business groups.

Licenses / Fishing: Ontario fishing licenses are available at camp.

Amenities / Pets Allowed: Witch Bay Canadian Camps has a pets allowed policy for those of you who wish to bring them along on their family vacation.
