Fishing Trip: At Woman River Camp for your canadian fishing trip we offer 7 day fishing packages using our boats or bring your own. Great fishing for multiple species all year long. Excellent chances for trophy walleye & Northern Pike on our river chain.
Hunting Trips: Our lodge is remotely located on the Woman River System in Northwestern Ontario in the heart of the finest hunting area. Our hunting trips for moose, bear & birds are professionally done with years of experience. We help put the odds in your favour.
Hiking: Woman River Camp is a remote drive in camp with miles of trails, old roads for hiking and wildlife to see.
Swimming: For your family vacation we have beautiful clean water on Little Bear Lake for swimming. Dive off our dock or wade in from our sandy beach.
Angling
Bass / Smallmouth Bass: When looking for a great area for smallmouth bass fishing our remote lodge located on the Woman River System is your canadian fishing destination. The fishing pros call them footballs on the Woman River.
Conservation Fishing: Woman River Camp has a conservation fishing agreement with the Ministry of Natural Resources to catch and release all larger fish, promote replica mounts and put the breeding stock and trophy fish back alive. For the next generation.
Northern Pike: When you spend your ontario fishing trip in Northwestern Ontario, with the current, weed beds, dropoffs, points and neckdown areas, Woman River is a Northern Pike fisherman's paradise where trophy northern pike are caught yearly.
Walleye: A walleye fishing trip to Canada on Little Bear Lake is considered some of the best in Northwestern Ontario all year long. Fishing for quantity or quality the Woman River System produces not only plenty of eating size but trophy walleye as well.
Trout / Lake Trout: Our Lake Trout population is in great shape on Little Bear Lake. When fishing with us on the Woman River System you don't need downriggers to catch them during the summer. We jig them up all year long! Big! Fun! Deep! Fight!
Perch: Walleye consider perch a baitfish. We enjoy fishing for perch on the Woman River System as a tasty treat. Kids on their family vacation just love the action. Big and plentiful, not much more to say about the Perch on Little Bear Lake.
Whitefish: While on your fishing trip to Ontario you may catch a whitefish which are a deep water fish that just sizzles in a frying pan making for a great canadian shore lunch. Like all schooling fish, once you find them, you are in for some serious fun!
Hunting
Black Bear: One of North America's largest game, the black bear is a formidable challenge for any hunter. Woman River Camp operates Bear Management Areas in Northwestern Ontario over 63,500 acres accessible by remote logging roads. Trophy bear are taken yearly.
Moose: Our remote location in Northwestern Ontario situates Woman River Camp in prime moose habitat for a sucessful canadian moose hunting trip. Hunt the network of roads close at hand or by the water's edge, your hunt will be a memorable one.
Wolf: The Timber Wolf a strong, powerful, intelligent animal makes for one of the most challenging hunts. Your semi-guided 6-day hunt includes our fabulous accommodations, pre-baiting, tracking, ice-fishing and great Canadian hospitality.
Birds / Grouse: Bring your ATV on your hunting trip to Woman River Camp. With a never-ending network of remote roads & trails close to camp, one does not have far to travel for a great hunt. Ruffed grouse are common in this area of Ontario.

Boat Launches: For your fishing trip to Ontario if you wish to bring your own boat, we have a boat launch right beside our dock for your convenience.
Boat Rentals / Fishing Boats: Our fishing boat rentals ar clean, comfortable 16' aluminum boats powered by reliable 25Hp Yamaha motors. Each boat is equipped with swivel seats, cushions, anchor, paddles, Canadian Coast Guard approved safety kits, and a fish friendly net.

Housekeeping Cabins: When planning your fishing or hunting trip to our remote area of Northwestern Ontario. Woman River Camp has clean, comfortable, 2,3,4 bedroom modern housekeeping cabins, fully equipped with all the amenities of home & a view of Little Bear Lake.
Cabin Rentals: Each housekeeping cabin rental at our remote lodge on Little Bear Lake has all the modern conveniences of home & is equipped with an outdoor deck to enjoy a canadian sunset while on your fishing vacation to Ontario.
Cottage Rentals: Our remote lodge located on the Woman River System is the perfect location for a family or fishing vacation to Canada. Our spacious accommodations consist of 8 sparkling clean cottages rentals ranging in size from 2-4 bedrooms all fully modern.
Family Vacations: Spend your canadian family vacation at Woman River Camp, we have plenty of activities for the whole family. We feel it is important to have young generations experience Ontario's great outdoors with fishing, hiking, swimming & all the great wildlife.
Drive In Access: Drive in to our remote camp - From Hwy 17, take Hwy 105 north to Ear Falls, take 657 east from Ear Falls about 2 miles, turn left onto Wenasaga Rd. Travel about 1 mile and turn left on South Bay Road. Follow the signs, the markers are in kilometers.
Amenities / Handicapped: At Woman River Camp all our cabins have boardwalks and decks. We have two housekeeping cabins that are handicapped accessible with larger doors and more room for wheelchair access.
Amenities / On-site Bait & Tackle: Woman River Camp carries an excellent selection of proven tackle, live bait, souvenirs and some groceries on their on-site bait and tackle shop. We go to Ear Falls once a week and will gladly pick up something for you free of charge!
Amenities / Pets Allowed: Woman River Camp is a pets allowed camp that says sure friendly pets to enjoy their family vacation with us as well.
